By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Clipfinder AI helps you turn long-form videos into short, vertical clips using automated and AI-assisted tools (transcription, clip suggestions, reframing, captions, branding) and — at your direction — publish or schedule those clips to social media accounts you connect.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You are solely responsible for the videos, URLs, audio, images, text, and other materials you submit, process, or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that:
You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including delivering it to platforms you choose to publish to).
When you connect a third-party platform (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X), you authorise us to access that platform and to publish or schedule content only as you direct. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, decisions, or actions of third-party platforms, including content removal, account restrictions, or API changes on their side.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Transcripts, clip suggestions, captions, and other AI-assisted outputs are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing. We make no guarantee regarding accuracy, completeness, performance, or the "virality" or reach of any clip.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also impose usage limits. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any feature.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipfinder AI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or content, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or INR 5,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clipfinder AI and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights or platform terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 8, 9, 10, and 12) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
